Volunteers Needed

Westminster ministries and groups are in need of the following volunteers:

  • Music department would like a volunteer to assist with computer data entry. Please contact Pat Bleecker.
  • Children's Ministry needs volunteers to teach/co-teach or be a classroom helper in the third grade Sunday School class. Teams serve on rotating Sundays for one year.
  • Children's Ministry needs volunteers to teach/co-teacher Children's church. Teams serve consecutive Sundays for the duration of the unit. (Units vary from 1-6 weeks or more.)
  • Children's Ministry needs volunteers to serve as caregivers in the nurseries.

Meal Trains

When a friend is in need, everyone says "What can I do to help out?" The answer is usually to help them with a meal. Friends going through a difficult or challenging time due to a birth, surgery, illness, etc., could use some help. Willing friends, neighbors, colleagues, and congregation members would love to meet this need, if they only knew what to do.

Mealtrain.com can help eliminate the confusion related to meal giving. No longer are questions like; What do they like? When are they available? What have the already had? left unanswered. Providing each giver this information helps simplify the process so they can focus on supporting others with meals.
