Senior Pastor: The Senior Pastor is to glorify God by leading Westminster Presbyterian Church in following God’s Word in all areas of church ministry. Either directly or by delegation he provides this leadership by reflecting and projecting the love of God through preaching the Word of God, teaching the Scriptures, leading the development of ministries, and providing pastoral care; as the Church lives out its mission in Lancaster, PA. Bible2School Site Coordinator: We aim to hire a new administrative coordinator to help Pastor York run the Bible2School release time ministry to Nitrauer Elementary students. This position requires 8 hours a week for 40 weeks from late August through early May. Refugee Transportation Coordinator: We aim to hire an administrative coordinator to help refugee ministry leaders coordinate Sunday morning transportation for refugee families. This position requires 6–8 hours a week for volunteer recruiting and scheduling purposes. Current coordinator Rachel Derliunas will be stepping down from the position upon the identification of a new coordinator and will help with training.
