This page presents a way for our congregation to be more regularly updated about opportunities for service. Please look over these various needs and indicate where you might be willing to serve.

Urgent Needs

Explorers Church - Explorers Ministry, formally known as Special Needs Ministry, is in need of one-on-one buddies during the Sunday school hour. This is a once-a-month commitment, so just one hour a month! No previous experience is needed; you will be trained and serving with other volunteers! This is a simple but vital way to serve families who attend Sunday school.

Mission Fare - Teens and adults are needed to supervise the Chinese Market display during the Mission Fare for 1 hour intervals 5:30 - 7:30 PM on Wednesday, February 28, and 3:30 - 7:30 PM on Saturday, March 3.

Ongoing Needs

Snow Removal - Volunteers are needed for the important job of clearing sidewalks, steps, entrances, etc.(not the parking lot) in case of a Sunday snow.

Wednesday Evening Kitchen Helpers - No experience is necessary—we will be happy to train you. You can volunteer for an hour or more and any frequencyeven once a quarter will be appreciated. This is a great way to become better acquainted with fellow church members and friends.

Rides for Refugee Families - Volunteers are needed to help with refugee transport to worship service and Sunday school on Sundays, Tuesday nights for ESL class and Wednesday Night Fellowship, as well as other needs among our multi-cultural neighbors.

ESL Ministry - Volunteers are needed Tuesdays, 7-9 PM, to assist students during class. Classroom helpers and teachers are also needed for the ESL Sunday school class.
